5 Stars – A Must-Visit Spot in Staten Island! I had an amazing experience at Cantina Valencia Tex-Mex & Tequila Bar in Staten Island! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. My son and I ordered a variety of dishes, and each one was a hit! He had the flank steak—perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The Louisiana shrimp was bursting with flavor, and the chips and dip were fresh and addictive. We also tried the beef enchiladas and birria enchiladas, which were rich, cheesy, and packed with authentic Mexican flavor. Every bite was delicious, and the presentation was on point. This place really delivers on both quality and taste. I highly recommend Cantina Valencia for anyone looking for a fun and flavorful Tex-Mex experience. We will definitely be back!

Great tex mex place. Good pour on the drinks. Steak fajitas were very good. If you don't like salt much let the waiter know. The Birria enchiladas were very good with the Cilantro rice. We will be back! Keep it up cantina!

Cantina Valencia packs big Tex-Mex flavor into a festive, laidback spot. Highlights include carne asada tacos, fresh-pounded guac, and creative margaritas/mojitos. They currently have their spring special menu so make sure you check that out. I really enjoyed their scallop’s! My pick for tacos definitly was the birria tacos, they were flavorful. Friendly service, a solid variety of entrees/apps, and happy-hour deals seal the deal. Just brace for busy weekends and limited parking! Parking lot in the back fills up quick.

I had an amazing time at this Mexican restaurant! The vibe was spot on – the atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, and the music they played was fantastic. I loved every song, which really added to the overall experience. The service was top-notch – attentive and thoughtful, which made us feel really taken care of. The food was incredibly delicious, with everything from the appetizers to the main dishes tasting fresh and flavorful. A special mention goes to the guava frozen margarita – it was a refreshing standout! I also appreciated the little touches they added for families, like crayons and activity sheets to keep the kids entertained. It’s clear that the owner, hostess, and waitstaff really care about their customers and creating a great experience. THE BEST! It’s no joke! This place is AMAZING! First the PEOPLE, absolutely nice, knowing their menu, and caring! Our server Milena ... I’ve never had so much better, she knows what she’s talking about and sends such amazing vibes! Second (very important) FOOD this was everything! The food was amazing and big portions ;). Omg and music........ I’m so thankful for this place! Please come!!!!!!
